Bring on winter
Winter is my favourite time of the year: snuggling up, getting warm, staying indoors and eating junk food! While the rest of the world is engulfed in a cold snap, Durban is pretty humid - perfect conditions for a shiny face, frizzy hair and a thin film of salty air on your windscreen...
Bring on Winter! Ill be going to London and Miami for a week at the beginning of Feb, so hopefully I'll see a little snow - and a beanie or two.

Maclear, Eastern Cape
We recently travelled down to Maclear in the Eastern Cape (you'll be foregiven for not immediately knowing where that is!). It's a tiny farming village about 3 hours from East London but is the perfect spot for a little rest and relaxation.
Although not much relaxation for us - we were down for a friend's wedding - a beautiful, rustic affair set on the family farm.
And if they partying all night didnt kill us, the heat and soaring temperatures sure did. Couldnt breathe it was so hot..
